Translation file issue

hi to all,
i have os ticket 1.9.5.1 and languages work fine eccept for the new ticket form.
the labels "ticket details","issue details" and the relative descriptions remain in english, while the rest of the page is translated.
i have added 2 custom fields can that be the problem?
eventually is possible to edit the phat file and add the new fields translations?

    Please provide a screen shot of what you are talking about.
    What language [file] are you using?
    You are aware that the multi-lanuage feature is not done at this time?
    My Agent new ticket screen isn't full translated either (1.9.5.1)


  • i'm talking of customer new ticket form.
    the osticket installation was made in English, then i added french, german and italian phar.

  • Looks almost identical to mine.
  • Translation is currently in phase 3 of 4, so it's not finished yet, which means that custom translations, e.g. help topic names, forms, lists, etc. are not possible at this time, but in the future.

  • So if i want translate the form files (the label) now is not possible, correct?
    My language is italian, if the customer change in English, the label of my form remaining in Italian, correct?

    A: Yes and Yes.
    It's currently not possible, but in the future it will, once phase 3 is completed.

  • Don't know currently but I guess 1.10 - only the developers know.
