Hi,
mso-ansi-language-US;mso-fareast-language">
I have latest
Osticket(1.9.5.1) and ldap plugin (v0.5). My problem is verry strange.
In my environment
I have a few users, osticket is installed on Debian and my AD is Windows Server
2008R2
Ldap plugin enabled, user
registration enabled. On these settings:
- agents can login and
authenticate via ldap on agent site (/scp/login.php) and open a new ticket on
/open.php
- userA(old user in AD) and
userB(new user in AD) wants to open a new ticket on /open.php site with their
Active Directory credentials.
UserA cannot log - access
denied. UserB can log in but when he do that he log in on userC account.
- when I added next user, for
ex. userD and wanted to open new ticket, user can log on but on userC account.
On AD server I have installed
wireshark. Logs shows that osticket is querying ldap correctly. When asks
about userA, server reply with username userA, the same with user A, B, C and
D.
Any help
?
