Hello all. I recently upgraded two of my osTicket databases and while one upgraded fine, this one has a bit of a hiccup that I'm not sure how to fix. I followed this advice: http://www.tmib.net/osticket-v19x-frequently-asked-questions-faq#2 and I have no errors on my screen. I then went into my error_log files, on the server, and it's clean as a whistle. Then, I went to my system logs in the admin and there's nothing there except for the upgrades (and an email error from back in Feb, that's irrelevant I think)I can see all of my tickets just fine except for one. I'm not sure there is anything special about this ticket, but only the top informational part displays; the ticket content itself, does not. I have also tried some of the other buttons at the top, claim, change status etc and none of them do anything but put a hashtag at the end. I'm attaching a screenshot of the ticket.Perhaps I'm missing something very simple in the new version.
