Hi,When a guest user open a ticket and introduce an email address i received the ticket with user (name) and email adress.But when another user (another name) use same email address open a ticket, i received the ticket with first user (name).There is a chance to make some settings to the system to not asign a user foerever with an email address?user1 - email address / see correct in backenduser 2 - same email address - see user1 name in backendThank you
