Issue: Our hosting provider BlueHost has a restriction on how many emails they allow you to send per hour (750). We have been reaching this threashold and are attempting to move some of our outbound traffic to a GMail account in order to stop bounced emails due to this limit.I have read, tons of threads and have yet to be able to get the SMTP settings in OST to work. We have triedvarious ports and host names but still get the same error. I was hoping someone could enlighten me as how to get this to work.Error received using various settings: Failed to connect to ssl://smtp.gmail.com Failed to connect to ssl://smtp.gmail.com Failed to connect to smtp.gmail.com Failed to connect to smtp.gmail.com osTicket Version: v1.9.5.1 (1faad22) MySQL Version: 5.5.41 PHP Version: 5.4.34 OpenSSL support: enabledOpenSSL Library Version: OpenSSL 1.0.1e-fips 11 Feb 2013 OpenSSL Header Version: OpenSSL 1.0.1e-fips 11 FebGMail Settings:POP: enabledIMAP: enabledEmail login Information:UserName: Name@gmail.comPassword: ******Hostname: ssl://smtp.gmail.comPort Number: 587Authentification Required: Yes Any help is appreciated.
