Stop reply alerts


Does anyone know if there is a way to stop the alerts sent to clients when they have replied to a ticket? "Your reply to ticket #XXXXXX has been note" etc?

In my case many clients gets confused and it's better if they just receive the initial email with the ticket number, but don't receive any system generated details when the ticket has been updated by them via email after that. 

I also have some clients that use a ticket system as well and in those cases the replies goes into a loop - not good... :)

  • (Un)Check the settings here: Admin Panel > Settings > Autoresponder > New Message

    That should do the trick ;)
