Attachment via API and FileSystem Plugin
we are using osTicket v18.104.22.168 and the API to create tickets. We modified the ost-api.php so that attachments are working till the point where the file ist handled via base64 and stored on the server. We also configured everything in osTicket.
The result: the file is succesfully saved on the server in a folder "uploads" in the root of osTicket.
In the ticket-email there is no attachment and in the Agent-Panel in the ticket there is a message with the headline"File Import Error" and
": Unable to save file" in the description.
