kamran,ScreenConnect is not a chat module necessarily, but it includes the ability to chat with your customer. I've found their pricing to be reasonable and their support team has been highly responsive to any and all requests we've made for help. It's also skin-able, so the end-customer does not see "ScreenConnect" all over the place, and instead sees " Support." You can install the unattended client on unlimited numbers of workstations and even add right-click links to it, so for instance I have our help desk link there. We tell our customers "if you have a help desk issue, right-click the icon and select Help Desk to report it."Again, not an in-website live chat module, but rather a more comprehensive solution for remote support.
