I have an upgraded 1.9.6 over 1.8.5.1
I've closed some tickets from the upper "Change Status" buton, but after the normal closure, I cannot find those tickets in "closed" list. The only place, I can find them is the client, or organisation card, but when I am trying to open those tickets from there, I've got a message, that access forbidden and I should contact an adminisrator ( the joke is - I am an administrator) Is somebody meet this issue?
