New Ticked Opened Email Alert

I think I'm too tired, but it seems that I cannot find the page where I can enable this option.

Basically I want to send the user an alert that we've received their message.

Something like this:
Thank you for contacting us! A request support has been created for you and its number is #XXXXXX.

I'm missing something?

Any thought is much appreciated.

  • Admin panel -> Settings -> Autoresponder -> New Ticket: and New Ticket by Agent.

    The template(s) are at:  Admin panel -> Emails -> Templates -> your template set -> New Ticket Auto-response  or New Ticket Notice
