I am new to osticket so maybe have missed something in setup. Emails are received by admin (eg new ticket alert) but the submitter never gets any emails. What is wrong? I have checked spam and tried lots of different submitter email addresses. Thanks.

Thanks for that. I have checked all those things and not seen any improvement. The admin gets email notices when a ticket is submitted but the submitter gets no emails.

Two questions:1. is the submitters email address a distribution group?2. Did they check their spam box?
