We get the warning indicated below after install. When we enter a ticket it just shows the error below. I fairly assume we have to fix it before our system will work. I run the Date command and get: Mon Dec 3 15 UTC 2012.
I am not clear on how to proceed. Do I ahve a setting wrong on the server or am I supposed to change code in your php files?
Thanks

Warning: strtotime(): It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'UTC' for 'UTC/0.0/no DST' instead in /var/www/html/support/include/class.staff.php on line 61
