Showing custom form field in ticket details
I edited the Contact Information form (the default form that comes with osTicket) to include a new value (Client ID Number) that is required in my support requests.
Here you can see I added the field "No. de Cliente" to my Contact Details form:
Here you can see that the custom field does show up in the Contact Information form:
But I cannot get it to show in the Ticket Details page in the Agent panel. It should be shown somewhere, but I cannot get it to show up:
Is there any way to do what I´m trying to do?
