proposals for improvement
Hello,
I would like to propose two things:
1. "Dashboard / Tickets / Knowledge base" Tabs to be aligned to right, because when you try to click on "Open" to see the opened tickets very often the "Dashboard" drop down menu pop up.
2. The default order to be on "Date" descending (the new tickets on top) or the user to be able to choose the default ordering. Now the older tickets are on top.
