Does OST 1.7 RC3 have the ability to be SEAMLESS to the customer.....
In other words, they can just simply reply to an email using their own email (gmail, yahoo, etc) program with NO NEED for a ticket # and NO NEED to login to a ticket system.
The customer would see ALL the replies in their own email program (gmail, yahoo, etc)
