I'm sorry for not responding. I have been swamped at work and could not look at this again until now. We haven't deployed the system yet, we are still in testing phase.I do have the LDAP plugins installed but they were never configured. They were not causing a problem until I changed usernames. The PHP error log does reference the plugins, though: PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in phar:///var/www/html/osticket/include/plugins/auth-ldap.phar/authentication.php on line 152, referer: http://<myip>/osticket/scp/ PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function rootDse() on a non-object in phar:///var/www/html/osticket/include/plugins/auth-ldap.phar/authentication.php on line 250, referer: http://<myip>/osticket/scp/I tried setting the isactive flag in the db to 0 for the plugins. It did make it just say authentication failed. No more blank screen. That didn't work so I set them backTried the forgot password process. Never got the email from the systemI changed my username back to my old one in the databaseI can now log in just fineSo I have "fixed" my issue. Except that I would like to use the new username. The new username is all numbers. Is that not allowed? I changed my username to "bologna" just to test to see if it would let me change the username. That worked fine. I could log out and log back in as "bologna". This, combined with the error message makes me think that the code doesn't like all numbers as a username. If this is the case, I suggest updating to remove that limitation or putting error detection in when a person tries to change a username to all numbers so that you don't end up losing access to your system.
