I am looking to install osticket, but it shows the error that is in the attached image.
You have not provided any info nor seemed to check your PHP error log.

Helo DiosdePactos,I was getting the same problem: ERROR 500.This problem was caused because I was using a translation file for pt_BR language. When I deleted the pt_BR.phar file the problem was solved. If you are using any translation file, try delete it and leave only the en_US language.Best regards,Alex.
