Good morning, everyone. I'd like to make a couple of help topics that don't have any fields for the users to fill out, they would just return a message from us. For example, we don't reset email passwords over work orders. The account holder must call our office and speak to someone to have their password reset. We get the occasional ticket requesting a password get reset. At the moment, all I'm doing is closing those tickets and add the site's local IT support as a collaborator so they know what to tell the account holder to do. It works, but it'd be much more efficient to be able to have "Reset Email Password" as a help topic, remove all fillable forms, and just post a message with the phone number they need to call. I hope that makes sense.Another use case we have for this is we don't do in house repairs on things like iPads. If someone damages one of those, they get sent to a local repair shop and the school gets billed. We've got a separate form in Google Docs for this that goes to various people, management would like to continue using the Google Doc for these incidents. I'd like to have a "Damaged Tablet" help topic that brings up just a message from us about what needs to happen next and provide a link to the Google Doc form.Anybody know if anything like this is possible?
