OSTICKET 1.8.xWe are testing to use osTicket as helpdesk solution. So far it is great. We'd like to know if there could be a way to export description also.Description is the field that has variable name as "message".In Ticket Details form, its type is "Threaded Entry". And threads are not exported by default. Actually, we were surprised that it is treated as threads. Ideally, the "message" would be best left outside the threads. Just our non-expert osTicket opinion. We understand if there is a reason behind.So to find a solution to the problem:Q1: What if we can change the description(message) to "long answer"? (that way it is exportable). It is greyed out.Q2: What if we can export the first thread (the description/message)? Any suggestions would be helpful.
