Multilanguage for knowledge base?

Hi everyone,

I have two languages installed, but I cannot figure out how to set which language does faq category or item belongs to - is there such a possibility?
Right now all the categories and articles I create in knowledge base are all shown doens't matter which language is chosen. So, when I change language on /kb/index.php - nothing changes except menu. Ideally, I need possibility to add translated content for each language...

    Thank you for your answer.
    I haven't included php version, logs etc because my request was not connected to any kind of error I've seen. As for osTicket version - I've included it in tags - it's the last one v1.9.8.

    So, in this version, when you change language in knowledge base - there is no possibility to show content according to the current language, right?

    And this will be one of features in 1.10, right?
  • What you are describing is not a feature of 1.9.8.  It is a feature in 1.10.
