HelloOur organization has switched from using HappyFox to osTicket. We are currently on version 1.9.5.1 but I intend to upgrade to the latest version soon. When we were using HappyFox there was a feature that everyone got accustomed to and that was the ticket preview which showed the beginning of the actual ticket just below the subject (see attached screenshot).I have attempted to use the code discussed at http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//mod-toggle-tickets-content-preview but the core osTicket code has changed enough since this was created where things are fundamentally done differently and it's no longer plug-n-play.The major hurdle I've experienced is with HTML emails. The code above uses a character account (display x number of characters as the preview). If it's an HTML email, it needs to have closing tags or else the tickets below it become nested under it and it cascades all the way down the screen like this. My "solution" was to increase this character count to something like 5000, which mostly solved this problem except that means the ticket "preview" in most cases is the entire ticket. Additionally, some very large HTML emails are bigger than 5000 characters, so the issue isn't completely eliminated.Anyway, my point wasn't to necessarily figure out how to make the aforementioned code work, but rather to look for suggestions of any kind. Thank you.
