Search by username when creating a new Ticket

when i create a new ticket (Agent Panel > Tickets > New Ticket), I want to search by username how to do it please?


  • when you give a new ticket a box appears, right there you can either search for the user who is already registered, just type the username and displayed, or you can put up there.

  • Thank's for you coomment. But the search just work for email, phone or name. 
    Don't work for username.
  • That's weird since I just tested with my osTicket installation and it worked like a charm - with Username, Name, phone number, internal notes and several other fields we added (like computername, etc.).

    To get this fixed, can you provide more info about your osTicket installation as stated here:
