Asset management - assign equipment to customer
We are looking to convert our IT helpdesk system to osTicket but want to make sure that it can be implemented with it.
Be able to assign a username and password for our customers to open tickets.
Be able to load each customer equipment/serial numbers so that the customer will need to select the equipment serial # from a drop down. Only the customer's equipment serial numbers should show.
Customer should receive an email when:
- New account is created
- Ticket is updated
Ability to assign new tickets to technician by an admin/manager. Email should go out to technician that a new ticket has been assigned to them.
Ability to create new customers and be able to upload customer's asset list (equipment by CSV format)
Ability to specify customer account disable date so that customer will not be able to login after that date.
Generate custom customer report by period (start date / end date)
