osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
I just installed OsTicket in my company and ths this working great.
I was wondering if it was possible to send and email to another adress once a ticket is created. Because we are currently working with redmine and I want to create bugs from the ticket created in OsTicket.
For an example a customer send us a request to ask for a problem on our web site.
So after that comes the autoreply from osticket to the customer and then osticket send an formated email to our redmine adress this way he will be created in redmine too.
If someone know a functionnality or have an idea on how to do that it would be great .
