Storage :: Attachments on the Filesystem

 i am using storage attachments on filesystem plugin for store the files in folder, but last one week i can't attach any files, i am enabled the plugin and my folder path also correct,  just creating the folders but files missing in sub folders, so i got "File not found" error..kindly guide me for solve this problem

    Now, file upload is not problem, but why files are stored in encrypted format? because i want to access these files from another one webservice. is it possible to store files without encryption?
  • First off RC means Release Candidate.  You should not be running an RC in a production environment.  You should upgrade.

    You would want to access the database and get the proper attachment information.  Storing files with their original file names in an open location would be rather insecure. 
  • Thank you..we did lot customization especially in class.ticket.php and, we are integrating osticket with another one web service which is developed by .net, so i think upgrade is very difficulty, anyway we will try..thanks for your response..
