Hi All,We created a Organisation and associate a User.For
validation point I am facing below issue.After
receiving email to confirm account and gain access link, user can able to
login w/him username or email ID. He can able to create a ticket. After that User logout from the current session and tried to login again, but he received “
Access Denied “ error message.
If select a User in Organization and choose the " Send Password Reset Email" to user with new link. Then he can able to login and view already opened their ticket.
Their tried to logout and login , again we faced " Access Denied" error message.Please provide suggestion to resolve the issue.
