[Feature Request] - Closed ticket email to client
I've got a feature request regarding the closing of tickets for one of the next releases.
Would it be possible to add a "Ticket has been closed, thank you for using our services" kind of email sent to the user when the ticket is closed?
I've seen some solutions in the forums, but I would rather have this as an official feature, rather than adding this manually myself everytime I update osTicket.
