Hours spent by an agent field in the Tickets page

Is this possible to add the number of hours has been spent by an agent to a ticket? While closing a ticket, an agent can enter their hours that has been for that specific ticket.

  • That's a feature often requested, but so far there is no implementation on time tracking.

    Built-in solution that works would be:
    You add a custom field that the agents then can fill via the edit function of the ticket.
