Hi,I'm currently testing osTicket on local VDS, but I have an issue. I've set some filters in order to make auto assignment. When I assign a ticket manually to a team, there's no problem, the mail of assignement is sent to the team. But when it's done by the filter, there's no such a mail. The only person who receive this mail is the leader of the team. Nevertheless I've set in the alert panel the option that make the mail to be send to the whole team. I'm a bit confused. Any ideas ? Thank you
