I can't get my test users to log in. I made a test ticket and received the link to login after "Checking on the Ticket." When I click the emailed link I just go to the Check on Ticket login request page again.
Also the LOG IN link next to Guest User doesn't seem to work. I've looked through the settings but I must be missing something.

I've got the login working but I'm having a different problem now.
When my test user logs in he/she needs their email and ticket number. Then it sends a link via email every time.
Is there a way they can just log in and see their ticket or tickets?
in 1.8.1? I dont think so.In 1.9.x yes.
I want clients to be able to log in with their email/username and password (in case they don't have a ticket number handy).
Then you would need to upgrade to a more current version.
