I think, this suggestion could be useful.
1.- Sometimes I receive several tickes at the same time. Those tickes are made by different people, but the fact is, that all of those tickes are the same case (EX: VPN tunnel down).
Will be OK the possibility to join the tickets on one (the first I receive, or another new one) in order to work with the case only with one ticket.
2.- Will be OK the possibility to add another email address to a ticket (may be I want to report the case to several persons).
