Request- Attachments

Install/use of 1.7 is going great! One little hiccup at the beginning that was solved easily by this forum! Awesome!

One feature I'd like to see is an attachments library for admins. I'd like to upload several commonly used attachments to a secure area and just below the Attachments section on a new ticket there be a drop down that lists those attachments that I can choose from. I then will have "include attachment in the email" enabled and the attachment I've selected goes out with my support reply. Would be awesome!

This would allow me to respond to a help request via mobile device that won't allow me to browse to an attachment and/or not have to include links to the attachment download.

  • The feature is already supported. v1.7 ships with canned attachments for the very reasons you mentioned.

    Simply add attachments to a canned response in Staff Panel > Knowledgebase > Canned Responses.
