When I upgrade osTicket from 1.6 ST to 1.7-RC4, the upgrade process was successful. but I can not found my ticket, open and closed were all "0", seems there were lost.

And I just check DB, I cloud find DB records.
mysql> select count(*) from ost_ticket;
+----------+
| count(*) |
| 2081 |
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
So I think ticket was existing. but I don't know why can not show this ticket on the staff panel yet.
Resolved.
The root cause was about admin user group. I assign admin to a group, it can be show tickets.

I'd imagine that he logged into /scp.
Went to Admin panel -> Staff -> Groups.
And added his user to the admin group.
