Hi,I have defined a list, and added a field to a custom form (attached to organization form), so the field can be updated when organization is edited.My problem is that ticket filter is Not evaluating the condition to TRUEField Name = ContractSLAField Value = SOMEVALUEFilter is set to :CONTRACTSLA CONTAINS SOMEVALUE ===> This condition never evaluate to TRUEFilter is enableFilter is set to stop processing further after matchTarget Channel = ANYI am using OSTICKET 1.9.9Is there a way around this? Should I set condition like : CONTRACTSLA EQUALS 1 === > Because SOMEVALUE is the first value of the list?Please help.
