DB Error #1064

Ver 1.7.12

Whenever I do "advance ticket search" and leave fields blank and/or unselected with only one or more fields filled, I get no results and select statement database error.

Is this common? Is there a fix? Not really a big deal but it would be nice to, for example, get the list of all tickets opened under certain help topic.

Thanks.

Moderator notes: moved thread to 1.7 section of the forums.
Also 1.7 isn't really supported anymore... so you should probably upgrade.  If I remember correctly there are improvements to search in 1.9 and more coming in 1.10.

What version of PHP are you running?
    What version of MySQL?
  • PHP 5.5

    MySQL5.1

Thanks and sorry for not posting that initially.
