nginx 500 internal server error

hello, anybody knows why or how i can know why my osticket installation is having his intenral server error just suddenly after it was working fine for ages!!! 

it happens only if user tried to attach a file with the ticket

please help where or how to to know or to solve


  • nginx is not a supported web server for osTicket.
    You would want to consult your webserver error logs and php error logs to try to identify the cause.
  • but i don't use the nginx!!! it is apache and mysql, don't know how this nginx is coming up when attachment is used in filling the osticket create ticket form
  • I've never seen an Apache server say its an nginx server in an error message... so I would bet that your not actually running Apache and are in fact running nginx.
