Version: osTicket (v1.9.11)Server OS: Windows Server 2012 R2Web Server: IIS 8.5PHP Version: 5.5.28MYSQL Version: 5.6.26.0Working from staff side of UIMail fetched successfully with IMAP, sent with secure SMTP.I recently migrated an osTicket instance and DB over to a brand new server listed above. During the process, we switched from file-system storage, over to database storage for attachments. Obviously, I can't expect ticket attachments to be present for tickets created prior to the migration date (which is fine), but the problem is that every new ticket (with an attachment only) generates the following error:IOException: Unable to read resource contentThe ticket is still created, the attachment IS still attached to the ticket, and view-able by staff members, but I get several error emails being generated, and the system log shows this as well.I'm looking for 1 of two things:A way to resolve the above error, and remain using database storage for the attachments. ORThe "best practice" approach to storing attachments (assuming file-system with the storage plugin, but that's the info I'm looking for), plus a way to migrate from the setup I have now, into the "best practice" method, would be ideal.Thank you in advance for you time!
