Hi all,I would like to integrate osticket into our customer login portal. The idea is that I will create a link in our portal(after user logon) which allow user to open ticket by clicking open.php. The open ticket UI already allow user to input contact details like "email/phone". From my customer login portal(written by php), it already has login function for user to login and contain a php session variable "tenant" which similar to Organization in "osTicket". I would like to have a function inside open.php which can add user email address to the organization at background. The idea is that I can use Admin Panel and click organization which I can get all the tickets created by different users under same tenant(or Organization). I saw similar function in user Admin page of scp/user.php. It can add user to existing organization or add to a new organizationAny idea of suggestions are welcome!
