osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now
My installation version is v1.6
The website was dormant for a bit so I am now trying to activate things
problem is the site is offering the option to create a ticket but I am
not receiving any notification of the ticket created. The second thing
is that I cannot remember how to access the ticket as an admin.
