I have gone live with osTicket 1.6 today, and found a peculiar problem with e-mails from customers going into the ticket system.
Most (almost all) e-mails are fine.
When I send an e-mail from Gmail, all is fine.
When I send an e-mail from Outlook via SMTP, all is fine.
When I send an e-mail from my Android 2.3 built in e-mail client, via the same SMTP, the Subject contains the Subject, and the Body also contains the Subject.
Whereas if I view the same e-mail within Outlook it is fine. So the e-mail itself does contain the right data, it is just somehow parsed by osTicket into the wrong fields.
Sorry I'm not used to bug trackers and forums, so I can't be sure this has not been reported before and fixed.
My server is Centos 6, running PHP 5.3.3, Apache 2.2.15, MySQL 5.1.66 and Postfix 2.6.6, osTicket 1.6.
I can post e-mail headers, screenshots, logs, whatever would be helpful!
