I had installed 10.2 RC2 a few weeks ago and it was working fairly well. Now, when we close a ticket from the individual ticket view osTicket hangs up on a blank screen. If I use my bookmark to go to the Open Tickets view the ticket is still their - it hasn't closed. If I select the ticket via the checkbox in the Open Tickets view and use Change Status > Closed then the ticket does properly close.Any ideas what might be causing this?Thanks,Che
