Hello,My company is using osTicket to manage few email addresses in our ticket system. That far, everything went great but it seems I have an issue after adding a new email account. Adding the account is working perfectly but the emails are not imported in the ticket system. I know for sure that the ticket system can connect to the IMAP server as the emails as marked as read in the mailbox just after the CRON task has been done.I checked on the filters, nothing is discarding the emails. I also checked the logs and nothing there as well. Do anyone of you have an idea from where this can be coming please? Or maybe have a way to go deeper in the debug process so I can identify why they are not saved?Thank you,Sebastien
