Hi, I've recently installed osticket and i noticed that when i assign a staff member to a cretain department he can see all the tickets that are assigned to all departments. I wan't (and i think that is the way it was suposed to be) that the member can see only the tickets assigned to his deparment or to himself but not the others.
Any idea?

Never mind, I have found the solution, in case anybody else is looking for the same thing, this mod does the job:

FYI: The mod is totally unnecessary - osTicket already allows you to control access based the group the staff is in. Just make sure the group of the staff in question doesn't have access to additional departments.
Couldn't find the option, how can you control the acces of the group? I'm using 1.6 stable

Admin Panel > Staff tab > Groups.
You can add as many groups as you want based on the access levels you desire.
