Since there is no special email template when closing a ticket, the standard ticket reply/response template is used. So to not include the survey then in any response to any ticket there is currently only one workaround I see:Create a canned response and before replying+closing a ticket, select that canned response to include the link in the email which informs the end user that the ticket is closed.EDIT:Just remembered that @[deleted] is working on some plugins and also on a plugin for additional email alerts (like closed ticket alert) and you shall have a look at this discussion: http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/comment/99577/He hasn't released any plugin yet (as far as I know) but according to his words he'll do soon, so you may want to connect with him and try these plugins out then ;)
