[resolved] Locked out of osticket - LDAP Auth enabled
Today our osticket installation is refusing to authenticate my Microsoft AD users.
So no one can login, not even the defined Admins.
What is the procedure to reset the default admin account so we can regain access to the system?
We are using OT 1.10
