I am new to OSticket and dont have any experience in PHP.
Can someone please help me and let me know if the following is possible
If the manager assigns a ticket to a staff, then the original customer's email should get fwd to the assigned staff.
The assigned staff can reply to the fwd email using their email client and the response will get updated in the ticket thread on the OSticket system as well
If the ticket repsonse system allowed basic formatting (i.e. bold, italics, font, size etc) then the above feature would not be required. However a simple text only reply looks unprofessional
