I've set up OSTicket on SupportSystem and was able to configure my first e-mail account. As the sole agent/admin on the account I can see that it is working because I receive e-mails each time a new ticket is created.The problem is that when I log in to my agent panel & click on "tickets", I cannot view the actual ticket. I have a total of two tickets one created by default and another created manually. However the new ones that came in through e-mail are nowhere to be found. If I search for the ticket using the number in the e-mail, it says "...There are no tickets matching your criteria..."This is a plain vanilla install with no changes made. Does anyone know where I might have to go to see the tickets?
