I want to send e-mails from the same address that received those e-mails.I've set up a few e-mails and each one has it's own SMTP settings. Each is tested and each works when using the built-in Diagnostic tool.Separately, in the Admin >> E-mail >> Settings page under 'Default System Email' I have selected the default support@.supportsystem.com e-mail address.When a ticket is created, I answer the ticket & I see that it is coming from the Default System e-mail. If I change the default e-mail for one of the e-mail accounts from that pulldown, then come from that address. The problem seems to be here, I'm just too new to know if it's a setting or a bug. How do I get e-mails to respond from the address from which they were received?
