eBay has rejected all of my e-mail responses. After troubleshooting for days I've realized that every e-mail coming out of my test account has an SPF softfail in the header rows. When receiving e-mails directly I can still see the message, with that data in the headers, but it is enough of a reason for eBay to reject the message. It makes sense since the sender IP (OSticket) does not match the routing IP (gmail) and the sender is not authorized through an SPF record.Has anyone else managed to fix the SPF issues? I can't be the only person using gmail & integrating with eBay. If so, how? I can't add an SPF record to supportsystem and their CS person seems to feel that it's not their issue. Do you use supportsystem or your own server? Did you upgrade to the premium version to use DKIM?
