Email address not recognized

I get this error when I try to create a user that has the email domain or @uk.ibm.com

Does anyone know how I can allow this email address to be added so I can use it?

  • I forget where the settings is (maybe Admin panel -> Settings -> Access) try disabling email address verification.  I generally only see this type of thing when there us a DNS issue for the domain.

    Also... what version of osTicket are you running?
  • The setting is in 1.9.12 under Admin Panel -> Settings -> Email and named "Email address verification".
